Incidents and Task Analysis

A "Legally Effective" Contractor Management and Hazard Control system must provide a way for Workers to systematically examine a "High Risk Task" and submit it through a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) process. It must also have a way for Workers to report a serious injury or Health and Safety incident.

Through the ControlPoint App, Workers get stepped through a simple-to-use process for logging a Health and Safety incident, created a Task Analysis, or submitting a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS).
